A nők aránya a hagyományosan férfiak által uralt zeneiparban még mindig viszonylag kicsi. A nők egyértelműen kisebbségben vannak az iparág vezető pozícióiban, nem beszélve a dalszerzés, a hangtechnika vagy akár a szórakoztatóipari jog területéről. Az ilyen jellegű strukturális problémák nyilvánvalóan nem oldják meg önmagukat; aktív erőfeszítésre van szükség az ágazaton belüli sokszínűség növelése érdekében. A Women Rock fotókiállítás fő témái a kitartás és a kurázsi. A zeneipar női példaképeit 7 finn művész lencséjén keresztül mutatjuk be.

Women Rock - A photo exhibition about grit
The Finnish institute in Budapest FinnAgora is proud to bring the photo exhibition Women Rock to Szeged to Szent-Györgyi Albert Agora, address: Kálvária sgt. 23, 6722 Szeged
The proportion of women in the traditionally male-dominated music industry is still relatively small. Women are a clear minority in leading positions in the field, not to mention the areas of songwriting, sound engineering or entertainment law. Structural problems are not solved by themselves; therefore, an active effort is needed to increase diversity within the sector. The theme of the Women Rock photo exhibition is therefore grit. Female role models of the music business are shown through the lenses of 7 Finnish photographers.
Registrations to the opening of the exhibition are requested by Monday 11 October. Registrations can be made to the following e-mail: info@finnagora.hu.
