In the United States, a huge discussion going on at universities is mental health and how it can affect both student academic and social life. Part of this discussion is how bad habits formed as high schoolers can haunt a student in their time at college. Rushing to write essays last minute, not seeking help from teachers, and poor planning are some very common bad habits that can have an adverse affect on a student's life while at university. This workshop series will tackle analyzing 'bad habits' and learning how to implement strategies that can help students find more 'good habits' to achieve their long term goals while at university and beyond.
Our workshop leader, Ella Rosenblum is currently a U.S. Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Grantee in Hungary. She is from New York City, but most recently have been living in Pittsburgh, PA. She received her Bachelor of Fine Art Degree in Drama, and a Minor in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from Carnegie Mellon University.
Please note that a maximum of 20 people can attend the workshop.
